Tony Hawk: Ride

Play it on hardcore from the start as the difficulty achievements are stackable and its not hard to get to tokyo.
Once you have unlocked the next city, just move straight onto it.
you gain nothing from getting extra points from the earlier cities.

If you are having a hard time turning properly, turn your trucks to very tight. This makes it more controllable. At the end of the game you have to make the other guy mess up 5 times after you sucsessfuly did the trick that it says in the box. This is how you play SKATE. Practice, practice, practice.
