This is easy to do on Confident difficulty. Go for all the green orbs you can to take away from the collective time. The easiest difficulty will put red orbs (those add time to your run) in your path and force your time over 1:30. The green arrows on the ground will give you a large boost in your speed as well. So pretty much just aim for everything green and you will make it to the finish in about 1:20.
Another method is to get off your board completely and just sit on the floor and control the way the board moves. This will help ensure you do not ollie.
It is okay to go off of jumps, those do not count against you. Only ollies will disrupt this achievement.

I managed to get this on my 3rd or 4th try quite some time ago.
It is pretty easy and the above comment is correct on;y an ollie will cancel the achieve.
Just try it a few times and find the fastest path. If memory serves the most direct path is not the fastest. Some of the off shoots have more green time stoppers.
Also i HIGHLY recommend not standing on the board. If you sit off to the back between the side and rear sensor you can hold onto the board without disrupting them and have much greater control over your turns. You do not want to waste your movements. It just wastes time.

I got so lucky. I got 1:30:05 and still got the achievement even though it was over.

I suggest doing this trophy on Confident difficulty, try to hit as many speed pads as possible and concentrate on getting to the end. However, do not ollie or nollie at all, or else you won't be awarded with this trophy.
