quite an easy one to get, just set up a free ride exhibition game on casual. Get into a manual and keep it going as long as you can. Casual keeps you moving at a constant speed so as long as you keep your balance you wont have any problems. Any of you with bad balance can just use any sturdy objects around you to help.

This is easiest on casual because it gives you a line that your player automatically follows so that you don't have to worry about stearing. Around half-way through the career, you will have to do a "manual challenge." This is the easiest place to get this achievement. Just move forward and start manualling. You just have to pay attention to the meter on the screen. Follow the green section of the meter by tilting your manual higher or lower. Just try and stay in the green section for as long as you can untill you get the achievement. If you don't get it just replay that level and try it again.
