How to unlock the Factory unlocked achievement in Tony Hawks Project 8 - Definitive Guide

The way I did this was to place a kicker in front of both spots you need to bail on. As soon as you go off the kicker press LT, LB, RT, RB and you should do a sort of "force bail". Rinse, repeat until the wall goes down. (It took me two hits on the same crack in the wall.)

Yep, used a kicker but only did 1 side, and got it 1st try. I couldn't remember what was "Force Bail" so I just push everything, haha
