Once you start a new game you will start in your house (if you leave your house without doing the training tutorials you can always go back whenever you want) Once you complete making your character just select "PLAY TUTORIAL" then you will have to complete 8 tutorial:Basics, The Ollie, Vert Airs, Manuals, Rails, Walls, Combos, and Abilities. Once you complete all of them you will unlock this achievement.

cant do the last 2 tutorials??????????? what kind of game is this when the training is too difficult to complete...wow

Yeah, I feel you. It has been years since I played that game, but I remember it being plain awful.
