Torment: Tides of Numenera

I got it this way: I dug a tunnel from the Underbelly to the stichus lair. There is a second exit there, it leads to some kind of Crossroads... (this is the “den” of the Changing God). There are mirrors in the center of this intersection. If you look in one of the mirrors, it will be written that a blue star is burning on your forehead. Then there will be a choice: break the mirror / look at your hands / take the object. Select "Take item" and the trophy is yours. There may be other ways, but this is how I got it.
