Erritis should be with you when you arrive in the Valley of Forgotten Heroes. You must complete his quest "The Lost Shepherd". After completing the quest, talk to the reflection of Erritis in the Labyrinth. Ask the Audience to lower their control of Erritis to see what happens. After this, as you progress, you will have several dialogues with Erritis - about what happened in Miel Avesta and so on - choose less “heroic” answer options. Erritis must enter Memovira's Fortress with you for the final battle. Afterwards, you can find Erritis in the reflection of the Swamp, where he will fight his nanites. Help him get rid of the Audience (for example, using an improved thread management skill) for the achievement to count.
