As you play, you must absorb "Fire Flyers" to continue through the Zones in each Level. If you collect the maximum per zone, then you should get this about half way through the story.

This will come just by playing the game and you should have this trophy well before you beat the story. There are a maximum of 100 flyers on all non-tutorial levels, however if you replay a level those still count towards the trophy.
