this will take several hours of collecting items just to be able to attempt. look through the pict-o and picture. you need to copy this picture as close as possible. when the title has hat in it then you only need to change the number of hats as there are characters on the screen. the most difficult one to figure out was the having buzz kick a person for a field goal. this one you have to use the large chactus near city hall. the real trick here is figuring out how to kick someone. once you are holding someone and the cactus is directly in front of you hit jump and then r trigger. this will kick the person and as long as the shot is close it will count
As Chaos711 points out for me- The game automatically recognizes that the requirements of the pictomatic have been fulfilled. you never use the camera for any of them.
