How to unlock the Choose a Side achievement in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - Definitive Guide

Please note that the "Control Point Trick" no longer works, this must be achieved in a RANKED or PLAYER MATCH with at least two people. You must be in the game from start to finish, if you join a game halfway through and win, this will not count towards the achievement. This means being in the lobby before the game starts.

This must be done with players on the opposing team. Simply win one as an Autobot and one as a Decepticon.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Many of the multiplayer trophies can be achieved by setting up a 'closed' player match - that is by hosting a Player Match and setting the amount of private slots to seven effectively stopping any random players joining your match. Also remember to set the rounds/time to their lowest options. The only game type that cannot be played this way is One Shall Stand.

Some players have reported this trophy to be a bit Glitchy, however it appears that for most only Deathmatch games count towards this trophy, if Deathmatch doesn't work try Control Point which has been successful for others (thanks to The-Man-In-Black & pretend_hero for the heads up ). Alternatively you should unlock this Trophy pretty easily by just playing legitimately.
