"Powerglide Performer" is completed during Mission IX "Aerial Assault" at Checkpoint 5 "Coolant Tunnels". The achievement is fairly straightforward, although it may take some practise. I found Jetfire was very fast and a good choice to help get this achievement.

"Powerglide Performer" unlocks once you clear the coolant tunnels in under 23 seconds (and it will pop before you reach the switch near the end of the tunnels). If you are at the switch and did not get the achievement, you can reload the last checkpoint and try again.

If you missed the achievement and have gone passed this area, you can load the "Coolant Tunnels" checkpoint from the Chapter Select menu and still get the achievement by replaying this area until it unlocks.

I just did this, and i got it my 3rd try because I was unfamiliar with the layout of the tunnels. It pops once you come up from the coolant tunnels if you've made it in time. And I found out you can pause it to help you check your surroundings if you are unsure what is coming next. I picked Air Raid and restarted from previous chapter each time i made it but it didn't unlock. Thanks for the help!
