This is cummulative and unlocks directly in-game when you pass 50 hours. you can not pause the game, but reduce the time speed to 0.
If you have a controller with a cable, this is pretty easy.
Start a game, a freegame is the best way.
plug in the controller, when your controller goes out or did not move for some time, the game will close. so put your controller in Position that the cn_RS is put in some direction and let it like this over night, repeat it untill you get this achivement.
Save the Game and repeat next day for the other Achivements.

Thank you. For me this worked with a rubber band to hold the cn_RS in a position. Nevertheless, the cable has to be connected to the Xbox itself, otherwise it turns off (at least for me this was the case).
