Trenches (UP)

After collecting the gun, turn around and exit this alley. Turn left at the sandbags, and follow them to the end, turning right at the end. The turn to the left and follow the alley to the end, where the alley turns right. Continue when it turns left, then turn left at the end and continue down and you will find an arm on the floor, and this will unlock.
