The achievement requires you to find all five secrets located on tracks in the game. These secrets are found within portals on various maps. The maps are:
5. Enter Miami
9. Ancient Riddles
15. Insect Invasion
20. Limbo
24. Clubbed to Death
Once you enter the portals, you will take control of the little RC car. These RC challenges are relatively easy and you shouldn't have much trouble with them. Whenever you find all five you unlock the safe and the Intensive Military Training CD-ROMs for the following achievement

Thanks man, great guide! I don't know if I'm missing something here but I can't improve my grades on the bonus levels. I ran through them once and then went back through to get A's but they don't show up?! It just shows the grade I got on my first try :( bugged?

There are 5 total secrets available in this game, located on the following levels:
- 5. Miami
- 9. Ancient Riddles
- 15. Insect Invasion
- 20. Limbo
- 24. Clubbed to Death
Finding all 5 secrets and completing the RC challenge inside of them will unlock the achievement.
After completing all 5, you will unlock the safe in the room area and open it to unveil the Intensive Military Training CD-ROMs.

Finding all five of the secrets isn’t all that hard. The challenge is more completing the RC Car track that each one holds. Once you’ve found and completed all five secret challenges, the 'Epilogue' achievement will now be unlockable once you complete level #27 'Final Reckoning'.
