"Cannibalism" is using your 
, or fourth ability, to turn 5 of your tribe into food.
I'm stressing this because STARVATION, or slowly losing your tribe members due to being out of food, will never trigger cannibalism.
The easiest way to nab this achievement is to keep a low tribe level (I had 23 members), constantly stockpile food, stick to fertile or grasslands, and refrain from picking up any new members, by either gathering firetenders or by creating them (your 5th ability, the drumstick triggered by
, or up on the D-pad)
You just need to make it past any of the levels after your first on the start of a run without pressing the button, even if you end said level with just your shaman.
