This is fairly simple to do with the shielded enemies. The shield protects them but you can still keep a combo going on them. In the first level when you first see them, keep attacking with the heavy disc. The first time, I got 14X but later on in the level, you will find 3 or 4 of them and between all of them you will get 15X. If you're quick enough, you can also get 30 which is the maximum amount.

Some people are having trouble getting one, or multiple of the combos to pop.
Clearing your cache, or deleting the save data and starting a new game, or the combination of both WILL fix the glitch. I did both at the same time so cannot verify which it is or if both must be done. But first time I got my 15x combo it popped after I did that.

Clearing the cache didnt work for me, so i guess ill get the last few cheevs before starting again.

Should get this during chapter one in normal play, keep hitting then with your disc. Or can get when attacking the Heavy guys with the shields. Keep attacking them and this will pop.
