You will be loaded in to the tutorial when you start the game. Just put the ball in the hole three times to get the achievement.

If you are like me and skipped the tutorial, it should be under the time trial mode. Press x on the main menu and select time trails. When you select level the first set of levels is basic tutorial.

Finish ALL the tutorial missions.
