Chapter I is pretty easy. I was able to complete it in about 45 minutes solo. Simply start up multiplayer and create your character. Then create a new match. Make sure the match type is Adventure. Only the Way to Vokar "arena" will be available. The game seems to save about every 10 minutes or whenever you level up. If you quit out your progress in the adventure will not be saved, but your character and all their gear will be.

Although this adventure part is called Multiplayer, it can also be played in Singleplayer. Just select the first adventure in the Xbox Live menu and finish it (about 30 minutes).
