This is pretty straight forward. You'll come out the catacombs and head to the mage that tells you what to do from here. Just follow the markers like the same as before.
If you're soloing this like I was. Once you hit level 15 the XP is not worth the fighting anymore. The best thing then is just run right to the last camp. Kill all of the guys that are just in the camp site. Even at 15 they swarm you so you have to kite them. Also running behind the tents helps too.
Another good tip for soloing is when you heath is low. You can visit the shrines and they cap your heath and remove poison.
