As you progress through the story you'll have to kill various enemies, some of which may be spellcasters, these enemies (especially the skeleton variation of them) often drop magic cards that can be placed in an amulet to summon monsters to aid you in combat.
When you obtain one of these (don't worry if you aren't using any form of other magic), put this card in your amulet with whatever element you wish and just stand in a safe area such as a town and repeatedly summon your minion, obviously magic potions will increase this process greatly, as will any points you've alligned into wisdom and magic passive skills, but they are not necessary. Just spam your summon magic away until the achievement pops up.

If you're like me and forget things easily or have come back to the game and can't remember how to set & use your amulets, heres how:
Press 'Back', go over to your cards, press A to open "spell amulet", choose an elemant in the card on the right, and 'summon' on the left. It'll be automatically set to 'B'. Grab a Staff and equip it - press 'B' when it's drawn (down on D pad)

To be able to summon monsters you must first learn the Necromancy skill. Once you acquire the skill, make a spell using a Summon Carrier card. Now simply summon that monster 50 times using 
with a staff in hand.
You can summon the same monster 50 times and it can be done outside of a battle environment. With a high enough Willpower, you can summon all 50 within one minute. Easy silver trophy.
This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.
