TY the Tasmanian Tiger

You get the Flamerang after defeating Bull (the first boss), once you defeat him, you'll get the Flamerang from Julius. Go back to A Walk in the Park and meet Shazza, Ty's love interest, near the end of the level, she's next to her car, once you're there, hit her with your Flamerang and you'll the achievement.
