How to unlock the Dialed In achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide
If you're doing a 30 or 60 day challenge, simply do any 1 exercise on your rest days. I like Hit the Mitts, but a simple jump rope or jabs exercise will do.
Due to inconsistent save problems which will RUIN your streak, be sure to check your workout time before you start and after you have RESTARTED the game. If the time has increased then the workout saved.
To check the workout time from the main menu:
Player Tracker > Workout Journal > Time Spent - Total.

Can you just do the Hit the Mitts activity or do you have to go into exercises and add a hit the mitts routine to a custom exercise?

You can just do a hit the mitts routine - no need to go to the custom workout option

you missed a day? play offline/ go to configuration on xbox menu and change the date and back in time. then you be able to do the missed workout , then back on line and make your daily exercice.

I never missed a day. There was some days I wasn't able to even work out so I had to do that.. However when the game froze couple of times and I had to restart the game over again. The only days that registered was 6/20/2019 and above.
Even though I was heart broken. Now I can do almost every exercise. I'll try again.

If you want to make things a little faster, you can start the game offline, start doing a custom workout, without warm up or cool down. After you finish it, dashboard your xbox, change the date to the following day and start all over again... if you do it, you will run a little faster with this achievement and many others...
