How to unlock the Experienced Competitor achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be unlocked by going to the main menu, then choosing activities, and then choosing "Hit the Mitts".

I chose the first fighter and completed Easy1 through Easy5, and then the first Medium routine. I did miss a strike in activity 3, but re-played it and didnt miss any the second time through.

The achievement seems to require the 6 routines be different, as I did routine 3 and routine 4 twice each and the achievement did not unlock. It unlocked after I completed the 6th unique routine.

The only routine that may be a bit tricky is easy routine 5, as you have to duck a few times. Just make sure you duck down low enough and it wont be a problem.

I am trying to get the All ach...how do you tell which ones you are missing? I did them all, and I thought I did them perfect. I got the 10 ach no problem, but the All will not unlock.

"Hit the Mitts" can be found under "Activities" from the Main Menu. You can select any trainer you wish, as the routines they do are the same.

Idealistically, to get the achievement, complete the first six routines, as they are the easiest of the options. The achievement calls for six different routines, so doing the same ones multiple times for credit will not go toward the achievement.

Your trainer will request different throws/kicks in each exercise. Here's a quick overview:

Easy Routine 1: Jabs and punches.
Easy Routine 2: Jabs, punches and hooks.
Easy Routine 3: Jabs, punches, hooks and uppercuts.
Easy Routine 4: Jabs, punches, hooks, uppercuts, knees, and kicks.
Easy Routine 5: Jabs, punches, hooks, uppercuts, knees, kicks and the occasional duck.
Medium Routine 1: Jabs and punches - only longer duration and quicker response time.

If you swing toward the mitts (or kick) and you get the red arrow notifying you that you missed the target, that doesn't mean you can't still complete the activity flawlessly. Just make sure you hit the target before the trainer changes stances. (This won't count for the ducking on Easy 5, as you only get one chance to dodge.) By the end of the 6th routine, the achievement will unlock.
