How to unlock the Film Study achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide
I was fairly sure the Film Study achievement was unobtainable, and then one day it unlocked for me out of the blue. It required over 50 hours of training, including both a 30 and 60 day program. I couldn't find a complete list of the actual requirements, but I can provide some pointers:
- Most of the requirements will be met through natural progression if you work on getting the Bronze Bomber (basically, getting a bronze medal or better for each exercise). Some requirements are related to specific exercises (such as Sprawls and Knee Drivers), others to a specific number of calories burnt, but getting medals is a sure way to get them all. Notifications will briefly appear at the top of the screen as you meet each requirement).
- Take the Fitness Test (I only took it once).
- Create a custom workout, save it and complete it (the achievement unlocked after I finished the first exercise of my custom training).
- Perform a pre-set workout from Mark Dellagrotte as well as a Quick Workout.
- Complete a 30 day endurance program, and start a 30 day Strength program (I'm not entirely sure about that one, but I would try starting those two programs at the very least -- completing the Strength program is not required though).
- Access the Multiplayer menu and do some activities.
- Watch all videos in order, as some of them are requirements for others to unlock.
And cross you fingers as you do all that, because the achievement might be glitchy.

Lost my save file so most of my progression has been lost.
