How to unlock the Full Plate achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide
Select workout from the main menu, then a trainer, and custom workout. You can chose any workout that you want to do from the list of exercises. You should make sure to split them up so that your not doing the same exercise 10 times. You should also make sure to do the warm up, and cool down so that those can go towards your accomplishments achievement.
Edit 1: It works if you do the same exercise 10 times, its just not very efficient if you still need to complete the Fitness Guru achievement.(thanks to Mr. Arrow)
Edit 2: You have to add in the warm up and cool down, or it won't unlock.(thanks to imaidiot19)

You also have to add in the warm up and cool down, or it won't unlock. I did it without them, and nothing happened.

You just can't fill up the 10 exercise slots. You ALSO have to include a Warm-up and a Cool-down (a total of 12 slots) to get the trophy.
My recommendation is doing it properly. This is glitchy, the first times I did it i repeated exercises and it didn't pop. Perhaps choosing the first person to workout with.
This time I chose javier and did 10 different exercises, inc the warm up and cool down. Might as well do his specific ones. ANd then I didn't bother doing the warm up or cool down as it doesn't track.
BUT you cannot fail any of the exercises. They must all be done correctly. I got A on all but one (b).
