How to unlock the Hit the Mitts Machine achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide
You must complete all 15 Hit the Mitts workouts to get this achievement. The game doesn't tell you which you have completed and which you haven't, unless it is your first time doing them, in which case there will be a key over them.
The easiest way I found to do this, and at the same time work toward another accomplishment, is to go to xbox live challenge, pick the first workout, and then send it to a friend that has the game also. If you missed a move...just go slow the next time. The game gives you plenty of time to complete each move, and speed doesn't matter except for score.
Repeat this process for all 15 and you will not only get this achievement, but also complete 2 out of the 4 multiplayer accomplishments (if your friend accepts the challenge and sends it back to you), and the two other hit the mitts achievements if you don't already have them.

I did mine way before the DLC, but I wouldn't think the game would be tied to them. One note is: some games just program in 15 perfects, so the DLC hit the mitts routines may work to your advantage if that is the case. I would complete them perfect and it might pop up after you do a couple of them. I downloaded the DLC the other day, turned on the game, and instantly got the achievement for the DLC, so I haven't tried any of it. My first time through it didn't unlock, so I had to go back through some...I started at the first one, and the cheevo popped around number 6.
You are right about this game being glitchy...I still don't have my avatar award for 10 medals, but yet I have the one for 50...and I can't unlock the Plate achievement where you have to complete a custom workout with all slots filled.

This might be the glitchiest game I've ever played. I've done all Hit the Mitts routines but didn't get the achievement. I missed one kick on one of the hard routines but went back and did it right. But the most frustrating thing is that I've done the final hard routine 3 times now without missing any strikes but that damn key won't go away. No achievement. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong so I guess I'll go back and do them all over. But my one question is, do I have to do all of the Urijah Faber Hit the Mitts routines to get this cheevo since I have the Faber DLC?
