How to unlock the Training Devotee achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide

If you're doing a 30 or 60 day challenge, simply do any 1 exercise on your rest days. I like Hit the Mitts, but a simple jump rope or jabs exercise will do.

Due to inconsistent save problems which will RUIN your streak, be sure to check your workout time before you start and after you have RESTARTED the game. If the time has increased, then the workout saved. EDIT: 08-2011 This was fixed in a patch and doesn't seem to be a problem any more]

To check the workout time from the main menu:

Player Tracker > Workout Journal > Time Spent - Total.

EDIT: Make a back-up save to a memory card every now and then, You never know when this game will freeze and wipe out your stats [Yes, it just happened to me!]

I'll be watching this solution to see if you get it Mr. Arrow! Good luck....I'm rooting for you! I stayed up late and did a quick hit the mits at like 12:10 a.m. EST on 10/5 and the achievement sadly did not unlock for me. I do see the stats reset like you mentioned in another post so I am not sure if that ruined it or not.

So you are saying that if i were to ever miss a day all id have to do is set the clock to that day and do it offline. Then come back to the current day and pretend it never happened? I'm asking because i'm away from my xbox at least an entire day a week but i really want to play this game.

I can confirm. I lost power for 8 days in northeast due to the ice storm, when got power back stayed offline and set date on the console to day I needed. Did the 8 workouts over 2 days changing the date after each workout. When I got to the current date I just hopped back online and continued. Achievement popped when I finished last workout and was at the summary screen.

I need to do a workout, or a single exercise like Hit the mitts?

Doesn't matter - either one.

BTW. I started this 100 day streak the first day this game was released, I haven't missed a day and I'm still waiting for the achievement :(

I am not getting this game because of achievements like this. People do have commitments outside gaming.

I just lost all my progress towards the 100-day achievement --- I was at 93 days! I loaded the game and it froze. I shut down, restarted, and it froze again. The third time it loaded, I checked all my stats and it showed 0:00 hours played, 0.00% on all my body parts, and 0 calories burned. All my accomplishments are still there, though. Man, I love this game!!!

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I couldn't get to the main menu while playing offline. Fucked all progess towards this and also the 30day program i was in the middle of. Guess im not going to be making anymore progress in this game since im not near my xbox every single day.

So I got the 30 days one by just doing the Hit the Mitts every day. Will that also work for this one? Cause that is all I have been doing and I am getting close to the 100 day mark.

@Norpothos: It should work. I've been doing the 30-day programs and Hit the Mitts every day for the past 102 days --- still no achievement, though. Of course, my stats got wiped last week so I guess I've got another 90+ days.

@xMac73: I don't know if mine ever got wiped, I know I am sitting at a little over 4 hours of workout time from just doing the Hit the Mitts every day.

I got the game to recognize me offline. I had to run through the kinect setup all over again for some reason and now it automatically recognizes me and signs in as my gamertag even offline. Of course I didnt figure this out until I said fuck it and played online a couple times which reset my progress towards this. I've got no idea why the kinect suddenly couldn't figure out who i was anymore. Prolly had something to do with updates.

I got mine today! I thought I had messed up by forgetting to work out a couple of days. When I realized I had missed the previous day here's what I did to get the day back.
Turned my router off since I have the wireless xbox and I have no idea if logging into Live would sync anything up.
Turned on the xbox and set the clock to the previous day under system settings.
Turned the system off and on again.
Played a Hit the Mits, or the Heavy Bag excercises, it saved and I turned the system off.
Turned back on and set the clock to the current date.
Played the game again and saved.
Again did this on two separate occasions and I still got the ment.

I suppose if one had time they could keep changing the date for 100 days into the future and work out every fake day. No clue if that would actually work, but based on what I did to recover my two missed days I would think it's possible. It would probably take several hours to do this though.

I don't own this game, but wouldn't it be possible to do this all in 1 day by disconnecting yourself from xbox live and adjusting the system clock?
Like set it to a day, do a workout and save, set it to the next day, do a workout and save, so on and so forth.

NVM, sorry, The Wombat King already mentioned what I was saying, but I do think that if it works, that it would be worth adding to the solution.

WTF!!!!! Same thing has happened to me. I was about 70 days into getting this legitimately and I missed a day due to a family obligation. Previously, I had missed two days and been able to fix it with the system date modification in offline mode. What a bunch of bullshit. Sorry for having a life, I guess I can't get this cheevie. And now, the game is only playable if I'm online??? What if my internet goes out, but I'd still like to play it? Is this how every Kinectt game will work now?? Rubbish.
