How to unlock the Unequaled Brawler achievement in UFC Personal Trainer - Definitive Guide
You can find the "Hit the Mitts" routines under the "Activities" on the Main Menu. It doesn't matter which trainer you pick, as they all do the same routines.
The achievement does require that you do three different routines, though, so doing "Easy Routine 1" three times won't get you the achievement. However, the first 3 "Easy Routines" aren't too shabby.
Easy Routine 1: Jabs and crosses.
Easy Routine 2: Jabs, crosses and hooks.
Easy Routine 3: Jabs, crosses, hooks and upper cuts.
It shouldn't take but a couple minutes to complete each routine, and don't get discouraged if you get a disapproving red arrow after you throw a punch - you can still hit all the strikes if you work fast enough to correct your throw.
If you aren't landing your punches, try realigning your kinect sensor or adjust your standing position. The achievement should pop after completing your third routine.
