The best way i found to get this achievement is to keep doing level 3 or case 3 over and over again and also this mission is only demons

In case anyone is wondering, you can split it between characters. Once I hit level 60 I used another character and got the achievement fairly quickly by using sirecon's method. Takes about 5 mins to run through the level.

This is the most time consuming trophy for this game, in my two entire playthroughs of the game I did not earn this trophy. Case file 3 is the perfect farming spot for this trophy. The level is full of nothing but demons and for the most part they are all very easy to kill. There is unfortunately no way of checking how many Demons you have killed so just keep at it until the trophy unlocks.
