During the first boss fight don't hit her once (to avoid unwanted enemies) and let another player keep getting downed. After she charges twice she will be put into a daze. Revive your partner during the daze and have your partner get downed as soon as he/she can.

I found it easiest to plug in a second controller and load up the last level. Using a lvl 60 character for yourself and a lvl 1 for the second controller. The lvl 1 will get knocked down every couple of seconds making this achievement go quick. If you both die, no worries your data still saves so just start the level again.

You very well may get this trophy in online co-op depending on how bad your teammate is or if you are both boosting. If you do not get this trophy in online co-op, the perfect spot is case file 1. Simply have the player that will die (2nd controller or real player) walk ahead of you. When the Manbirds attack him let them kill him, then kill enough of the Manbirds to get over to your teammate and resuscitate him without letting yourself get killed. Repeat this over and over in case file 1 and you can get 10 resuscitations in less than 5 minutes.
