Simply play 10 games on normal style. This should be your default style, and it will unlock from playing campaign. For whatever reason if you are on realistic setting: To change your style, click competition, then player configuration. Once in the configuration tab, chose player 1 on the left hand side. From there, change the jumping style to normal. This is the same screen that you can change your outfit for that achievement..

I loaded up a solo match from the competition screen and chose Poland K16, as it is only two short jumps.
