You can try for this over the two playthroughs you need to get the difficulty trophies, if you do not get it naturally there is more advice below but this weapon is super common so you will probably struggle not to.
You can go to the in-game bonuses buy the AK-47 to instantly get it, this costs 300 points to buy, You can always save the game before buying the upgrade to reload after you get the trophy to get your points back.

This trophy will pop after successfully killing your 50th enemy with the AK-47. This gun features in every Chapter of the game, you will earn this trophy sometime during your two mandatory playthroughs.
