Start a six-player game and then have all the players select only one person's answer (the person they vote for can pick whatever answer). When the results come out and show that one player got 5 votes, the trophy will pop.

As the description states, you need to have a six-player game for this, meaning you'll need six unique browsers. Then, during a single round, five of the six participants need to vote for the same answer to unlock this achievement.
