This can be done from chapter select in case you mess up the first time.

It's most likely fastest to retry the first recipe, idlis.

To make your first recipe, follow these instructions:

1) Drag the water to the pot to pour it.

2) Drag one of the circular towels on the lower left to the cooking rack on the lower right.

3) Pour a scoop full of idlis batter onto the rack.

4) Place the rack with batter into the pressure cooker.

5) Rotate the rack so that the three smaller holes are at the 6 o'clock position. (You can see what I mean by looking at the picture in the cookbook on the upper right.)

6) Repeat steps 2 through 5, placing the second and third cooking racks into the cooker. Don't forget to rotate between placing the second and third racks.

7) Turn on the cooker and wait.

Once Venba say's that the idlis is done, open the pot.

You can do this when making any recipe, just don't mess up. However, if you do you can always press the B button and go again.
