When you access the Inner City at some point in the game and return to the Outer City you will be told that a visitor is waiting for you at your guild. This will be Leon. Go to your guild and speak to him and then pay 5 Ducats to increase your Rep by 10 points. I was able to do this six times
(60 Rep)--Make sure to do this ASAP. If you continue too far in the story Leon will not be at your Guild.
Following this you should get 2,060 REP.

1. I ended my first playthrough at 1970 -_________-
2. I only got 60 rep for the guilds quests in my first playthrough (Order of the Holy Seal or whatever) and second playthrough (Net of the Mask). The third guild may be different, but yeah.

Thats very interesting Blue Slime, I completed this achievement and wrote all the quests down using the Hooded Wings guild so you might be right. I'll make a note of that in the guide. Thanks for the upvote!

The main story quest yeild reputation but the majority of reputation points come from completing side quests. There is close to 2,100 reputation points to gather. Most of the quests that yeild big reputation rewards are also achievements. The only thing you must keep in mind is not to steal or sleep in a house that does not welcome you. If you sleep or steal you will get a -5 reputation points. The tenants of the house do not have to "see" you steal it either.

MISSABLE TROPHY
When you play through the game you will gain reputation points whenever you complete certain quests, so as long as you are completing all the side quests you should get this by the end of the game. I have created a quest list which shows the quests which give reputation points. This can be found HERE
The reason this trophy is missable is because the game does not give you reputation points if you find the quested item before you receive the quest… For example. If you kill the Gripper Queen before getting the quest. This is a problem as there only seems to be a small margin of error with regards to reputation in this game.
