This is a story progression achievement and can't be missed.
**SPOLIER**
Mattheo, the blacksmith in San Pasquale, will send you to the forest hut to get some pliers. There you will meet two brothers who are fighting over a will. You will receive the broken Moonblade as part of solving their quest. Mattheo will then send you into the copper mine to look for a Moonstone. Return to Mattheo when you have it, and he will use it to repair the Moonblade. Once you have the working Moonblade, the achievement will pop.
