This trophy will unlock after you defeat the second boss of the game, ‘Hector’.
Hector cannot be defeated using weapons, instead you need to use the environment to destroy his human form. Firstly run to the back of the room to destroy his Urn and then stand near one of the columns in the middle of the room and wait until he attacks you. Roll out of the way using 
and he should destroy the column. Do this to both columns and you should defeat his human form. His demon form can be attacked by weapons. Just attack his right leg until he drops and then attack his back. He will eventually fall onto his belly. This is the point where you attack his head. It should only take a few attacks on his head to kill him.
