While on board the Claw in the Chapter 2, you will be asked to collect some medicine on the Upper Deck by Drago. This is a story related quest and can not be missed.
Contrary to what some people say, you CAN be spotted by the guards, just do not engage them in combat. Run around collect the 3 packs of medicine, return to Drago and the achievement is yours.
You can then return to the Upper Deck to kill the guards and smash the pots up there as there are dozens of pots to help with the Sherd Master achievement.

When you are on the Boat during Chapter 2, you will speak to a gondolier who will give you a quest to collect three medicine parcels for the upper deck. Collect these without killing a single guard and this trophy will unlock when you return to him.
