This is a cumulative achievement, don't worry about detonating 20 in one match.
In Bomb Match, you get to hit a bomb with a countdown back and forth until it explodes. Furthermore, you can hit targets on the ground that take away from the countdown. Simply have the ball explode on the opponent's side 20 times.
Two tips: Don't try to score a point as if you're actually playing tennis, as this just makes you serve again with the current timer. Secondly, be careful about when you aim for the targets. For instance, you don't want to hit a -7 target when the countdown reads 8 or 9, maybe even 10, as the ball will be back in your court when it explodes, but at 7 or below will cause an instant explosion.
