Theres no quick way of getting this as you will get this naturally as you will do a lot of running throughout the game while you go for your achievements.

This achievement took me 3 world tours, and quite a few arcade tournament so is quite time time consuming.

To contribute to it faster you can just constantly try and hit shots across court meaning you have to run across the court.

If you want to see how far you've run so far go onto the main menu and click on 'my club' and then on medals and in there it will tell you all your stats towards your achievements as well as how far you have ran.
