Obviously no quick way of getting this.
A super shot is when you fill your play style up and you then play a shot with the B button which should show you a slow motion shot.
To see how many your upto go to the main menu and click on 'my club' and then on medals, all your stats towards your achievement are in there.

I think this solution could do with saying how to fill up your Play Style meter, as it's not blatantly obvious.
Different Play Styles are charged up in different ways. Go to My Club within World Tour to select your Play Style. There is information here on how each is charged. For example, Strong Forehand is charged up by completing consecutive forehand shots.

On easy there is not so much time to fill up the meter. Change the difficulty and change the ammount of games/sets.
