Once you have finished the game once and are in the level select area you will need to click on the screensaver of the TV in the back room. This will start the endgame survey. Below is the route of how to get to the decision at the end of the game, which must be done in order to access Don't Usually Hire Murderers & Welcome to Activitude:

• Follow That's Not Entirely Incompetent in order to get to the archives. From there –
• Use the VR headset by the whale and complete the area by plugging the whale in and cleaning it
• Complete the area with the artichoke and follow along with the story until you get to "Butter" again and can access backstage
• Proceed to the archives and use the headset now available by the Robot
• Complete the Robot back story level to get access to the "HR Headset"
• Remove the plugs from the Chaz Robot
