This achievement is 1 of 2 missable achievements inside the Cubus club.
You need to go inside the "bar" area of the club. There you will find a door to the bathroom.
Inside the bathroom is a condom dispenser on the left wall.
Use your coins (found inside the arcade machine in your apartment) with the dispenser and the achievement should unlock.
