This can be easily achieved in Arcade Mode. In order start a multiplier, you will have to eat one type of bug in quick succession (7-8 seconds max between bugs). Eating any other bug between flies or switching lilypads will stop the multiplier.

The best method to do this is to find a lilypad with a dragonfly and four or more flies around it. Eat the dragonfly first to slow down time and then chain the flies. The trophy will unlock immediately after eaten the fourth bug in a combo.
