To add.
If your struggling to find 1 last collectable and dont want to replay all the levels, try the guide linked below in tandem with these videos, as it lists the TYPE of collectible in each level, you can check what type of collectible you are missing from the start menu and check which ACTS have those in to save a bit of time.

just so people know, this glitched for me and one of the collectibles never showed up. this was a really long time ago so hopefully a patch fixed it.

I used both the link by DL cyberskull and the Videos and it glitched on me for 1 collectable. I had 1 piece of concept art to find.
First play - assasin, missed 10 pieces... second playthrough Killer, said i missed one, even though i used the guide. I believe the one that was missing was the very first in the list, but wasnt sure. As i was mopping up some achievements, i did the time attack on Killer went to the first collectables location (kitchen in the start of the game) and boom it was there. Dont know whether changing mode helped or just got extremely lucky on wish one glitched.. but definately try a different mode type if you missed some collectable.

I just wanted to point out that it is possible to isolate one single piece of Concept Art that your missing and go directly to it. You can use the list, which is in order, figure out exactly which piece is missing and load up an unlocked act to get to it.
