War of the Monsters

In order to obtain this trophy, you will need to unlock all of the special skins for every monster in the game. Go to "Unlocks" in the Main Menu, and you will be able to purchase the skins in exchange for Battle Tokens. The following is how much every skin costs for every monster:

Altogether, the cost of unlocking all of these skins is nearly one million Battle Tokens. To make things much easier, you can take advantage of a save exploit that allows you to purchase an unlockable and then recover your used up Battle Tokens. Here are the steps you will need to take to pull of this exploit:

1. In the Main Menu, go to "Unlocks". The game will read from memory card save slot 1 to see how many Battle Tokens you have.
2. Purchase the content you want to unlock.
3. You will see a "Unlock and save?" message. Select yes.
4. When prompted to choose a save slot, choose memory card save slot 2.
5. Select yes to overwriting the save data.
6. You can buy as much content as you can afford (as long as you save in memory card save slot 2). When you've purchased everything you want and have saved (in slot 2), press and close the application.
7. Re-launch the game. When you return to "Unlocks", you will have your Battle Tokens back, and while the game may show whatever you purchased as still locked, the game has made a note of your purchase and it still counted toward the progress of this trophy.

The best way to get Battle Tokens quickly is by completing the final stage of Adventure mode over and over again. On easy difficulty, it yields about 30,000 Battle Tokens and the battle can be completed quickly because Cerebulon is very predictable. To do the final stage over and over, select "Load Game" in the Main Menu, and reload the save you created after completing the tenth stage of the game.
