In the original game this was a reward for having a complete Twisted Metal Black save on your memory card.
Luckily they're not paywalling trophies behind other games just yet and this is available right from the start.
Every monster has 2 skins available to begin with, with the exception of Agamo who has 1, 2 and 4 unlocked. Start a match as Agamo with skin 4 and the trophy will unlock.

Just an FYI. In the EU version the skin is not unlocked from the start and costs 200,000 tokens

You need to unlock the 4th skin for Agamo, in the EU version the skin is 200,000 tokens. Once you have the skin you can go into the adventure mode and it should pop automatically. I tried it in single player vs and 2 player vs mode but neither worked.

To play as Mecha Sweet Tooth, choose to play as Agamo in any play mode and use his fourth skin on the Character Select screen. As soon as the battle begins, you will unlock this trophy. You can quit the battle afterwards if you want.
