Congar is the first enemy you fight in Adventure. Simply beat him and the trophy is yours.

Story related, cannot be missed. This trophy will unlock after defeating Congar in the first stage of Adventure mode, Day of the Colossus. This being the first stage of the game, it isn't very difficult, and is in fact the perfect stage to use as practice while trying out playing different monsters to see which one you prefer.
