Warhammer: Chaosbane

Fragments are collected by killing enemies, little small dots of varying colours will appear on the map that you just need to run over to collect when dispatching enemies, or completing quests. After you have collected 100 the Achievement will pop, this should be fairly early in the game.

Fragments can be used for revival upon death and upgrading equipment later in game.

Using Bloodlust when it’s available will give you a fragment drop bonus from enemies dispatched.
