Warhammer: Chaosbane

You are introduced to the Collectors Guild fairly early in Act 1 as part of the main quest line. After pressing on the the Guild man go to the top left option on the wheel for donation. On the next screen you can select items of unused equipment to donate, or you can press to go to quick trade to select items of a certain rarity or just trade all to get rid of all unused equipment. None of your equipped items will be involved in any trades. After 100 pieces of equipment are donated your achievement will pop.

Donating stuff will grant you rewards of different appearance bonuses that can be equipped to your character. Donating also increases your reputation with the guild, a bar is shown on the donating screen showing your level and progress to the next level. Each level increase rewards you with gold/fragments/skills.
